At certain Celtic festivals, Stone Circle Strongman is proud to celebrate the ancient rite of champion warfare--single combat in a man-to-man stonelifting duel! Clan McClurg Chieftain, John McClurg, proudly stands and issues a challenge to all the strength warriors in attendance to test their mettle against him in a single stonelifting event to be drawn upon the acceptance of the challenge. In addition, a challenge may also be offered by the current reigning SCS "King of the Stones" if he is in attendance at the particular festivals where the events are held. The Chief is one challenge, but the Champ is another! So decide how far you wish to test yourself. The Chief and the Champ will be waiting!
